Taylor is a native of Las Vegas with deep roots in the Las Vegas Valley. He is a graduate of both Cheyenne High School and UNLV, where he graduated with a degree in economics. He continued his education at California Western School of Law and graduated from their two year accelerated program and within the top 10% of his class.
Taylor has been in the practice of law since 2009. During this time he has defended the rights of clients in divorce, family court, bankruptcy, and criminal proceedings. He also represents corporations and business in their formations as well as governance and any litigation that may arise. Businesses Taylor has represented include contractors in construction defect as well as large mechanics liens, apartments and property managers in eviction proceedings, and review of corporate leases and contracts.
During his time in San Diego, Taylor worked for a large estate planning and probate firm where he was efficiently trained to create and implement both simple and sophisticated estate plans for the residents of San Diego. He was most passionate with helping those families with special needs children. Understanding the importance of special needs trusts is very important to ensure the continued care and well being of a special needs child.
When he’s not working Taylor enjoys spending time with his wife and four children in the mountains or at the beach. He also enjoys the theatre and exposing his children to the arts. Taylor loves Las Vegas and enjoys assisting the legal needs of his fellow hometown residents, and he speaks fluent Spanish.
